The Two Names Behind Every Booking

Metrowest Limousine is run by Greg and Michael, out of North Grafton, MA, and every booking in Worcester and the surrounding regions still has one of their names attached to it.

That’s the way we’ve built the business.

Plenty of companies can put "family-owned" on a website. Here, the person who quotes your ride is the person who drives it.

What the Road Actually Teaches You

Because of years of driving people to the places that matter to us as much as they matter to you, we plan our routes in a very specific way.

We don’t trust GPS blindly during a Friday rush hour. We build in the extra ten minutes for the wedding that's running behind before the ceremony even starts. We have also learned which airport pickups are straightforward and which ones leave passengers walking half a terminal before they reach the curb.

None of that shows up on a rate card, but it shows up in the ride itself.

A driver who's been through a hundred versions of a stressful night doesn't need the passenger to explain what's going on – they've usually already adjusted for it.

And that’s how you know that we have learned a lot along the way to make the ride for you as comfortable and easy as possible.

Worcester, and Everything Around It

Worcester, and Everything Around It

Covering Worcester is the easy part of the map.

We also treat the towns around it – Northborough, Southborough, Acton, Berlin, Shrewsbury, and the rest of the county – as something more than an afterthought tacked onto a service area page.

North Grafton sits close enough to all of it that "out of the way" isn't really a phrase that applies here.

A pickup in Berlin gets the same attention as a pickup two blocks from Worcester's own city hall, and a longer route doesn’t mean a change in the standard of service.

Three Reasons the Phone Rings

01

The calls come in for different reasons and different group sizes, but none of them gets treated as the lesser booking.

02

There's the airport run – the 5 AM pickup for a flight nobody wants to risk missing, or the late landing where a rideshare surge price would sting almost as much as the jet lag. Then there's the corporate trip, where a client meeting starts the moment the car door opens and showing up composed isn't optional.

03

And then there's everything that falls under a celebration worth remembering: a bridal party moving as a unit, a sixteen-passenger group headed to a birthday party, and a prom night that’ll always be memorable.

04

A party bus booking gets the same attention paid to a solo executive pickup. The size of the group has never decided how seriously Metrowest takes the job.

Past the Massachusetts Line

A trip doesn't stop mattering the second it crosses into another state, so the standard doesn't drop there either.

Runs into New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut are handled with the same upfront pricing and the same habits built from years of driving Worcester County roads before those longer trips became routine.

The Quote Is the Whole Conversation

Rates get fixed before the car ever leaves the lot.

Whatever number comes up on that first phone call is the number on the final bill. There are no add-ons after the ride's already booked, and no surprise that shows up conveniently once you're committed.

That's really the whole philosophy under the brand name: fewer surprises, more accountability, reliability, and two actual people you can call if something ever needs fixing.
